exchange 2013 management shell not connecting
 

В течений года все работало как надо и exchange 2013 management shell никаких проблем не возникало но недавно из перегрузки ресурсов несколько раз перезагружался сервер exchange 2013, после чего при запуске exchange 2013 management shell выдает такую ошибку:

Все службы запущены и сам сервер работает, с правами все в порядке.

Подскажите пожалуйста в чем именно проблема?
