Не могу побороть ошибку 80246002. Переделал все рекомендации что есть в гугле ☺.
Единственное что не могу исправить в CheckSUR.persist.log:

Скачал KB2764913 Internet Explorer 10 CSS Hyphenation Dictionaries ru+en. Русский поставил. Английский уже стоял. Оба файла msu скопировал в C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\servicing\Packages. Повторно запускал KB947821. Не помогло.
KB2966583 (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth) показывает что ошибок нет.
Может ли из-за этого не работать Windows Update?

Чем только не резетил Windows Update. И MS Fix-it, и вручную, и всевозможными сторонними. И резет tcp/ip, winsock делал.
Такая же ошибка ещё на втором ноуте. На нём пока глубинно не разбирался.
Мне бы на основном компе исправить (Win 7 SP1 естественно). Windows 10 не предлагать ☺.

Это пробовали:
MS seems to have screwed up somehow with WUA network connection. The problem comes up if computer's DNS server address is set to obtain automatic. I had the same problem all updates had installed successfully but i got error 80246002.
Temporary solution to this is to change preffered DNS server to 4.2.2.1 and secondary to 2.2.2.2 that is til MS introduces public fix to this problem.
Fixed things for me, set DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (google dns)

Не помогает смена dns.
Нашёл аналогичную ситуацию

Пробую удалить.
Количество проблемных файлов уменьшилось
