Программы не "видят" Интернет

Добрый день!

Столкнулся с такой проблемой:

ОС: windows 7 ultimate, антивирус: EsetSmartSecurity 6.0

Интернет работает (все качается, загружается, видео показывает), но при попытке обновится из-под любой программы (напр., Apple Software или Revo Uninstaller) выдает сообщением о том, связь с Интернетом не найдена.

Пробовал добавлять программы в исключение EsetSmartSecurity - бесполезно. Бесполезно также выключать Антивирус - пробовал - не помогает.

Подскажите, пожалуйста решение.

Вечером посмотрю более подробно, но на вскидку там все стандартные записи за исключением строчек блокирующих доступ к активации Adobe

да, но там только к adobe блокировка доступа. У меня же блокирует доступ к любой программе. Или же нет?

Пуск -> Панель управления -> Свойства обозревателя -> вкладка Подключения -> кнопка Настройка сети -> прокси-сервер не задан?

Как определить, является проблема системной или вызвана сторонним приложением/службой
Выложите результаты выполнения в командной строке (cmd.exe)

Хорошо, теперь пункт 2.

WYWH, netstat-ом смотрите куда лезет программа во время обновления.

  -a            Displays all connections and listening ports.

  -b            Displays the executable involved in creating each connection or

                IP, IPv6, ICMP, ICMPv6, TCP, TCPv6, UDP, or UDPv6.

  -r            Displays the routing table.

  -s            Displays per-protocol statistics.  By default, statistics are

                shown for IP, IPv6, ICMP, ICMPv6, TCP, TCPv6, UDP, and UDPv6;

                the -p option may be used to specify a subset of the default.

  -t            Displays the current connection offload state.

  -x            Displays NetworkDirect connections, listeners, and shared

                endpoints.

  -y            Displays the TCP connection template for all connections.

                Cannot be combined with the other options.

  interval      Redisplays selected statistics, pausing interval seconds

                between each display.  Press CTRL+C to stop redisplaying

                statistics.  If omitted, netstat will print the current

                configuration information once.

можно посмотреть и сниферами, вроде Wireshark.

Проблема решилась неожиданно. Все вдруг стало работать (программы "видят" интернет и обновляются).

Видимо все же проблема была в файле host. Других действий я просто не успел сделать.

Пока тестирую.
