[решено] Переадресация всей почты на внешний ящик

Доброго времени суток и с наступающим!
Коллеги горит задача на носу НГ.Выручайте.
Задачка проще не бывает.
Надо настроить пересылку всей почты пользователя моего домена на его внешний ящик user@bk.ru

Конечно поискал в и-нете инфу да и тут.Везде одинаковая схема.

Создал контакт в AD с SMTP адресом внешней почты юзера. Настроил форвард в учетке юзера.
Пересылка работает , но только с адресов моего домена,а письма пришедшие с внешних адресов не пересылаются и висят в очереди на External SMTP со статусом Retry
В самом exchange в global settings стоbт галкf allow forward и reply

На сервере вижу NDR Event ID 3006

A non-delivery report with a status code of 4.4.7 was generated for recipient rfc822;user@bk.ru (Message-ID <1820e918-0754-4b52-b37d-2b0e140ddc38@xtinp2mta155.xt.local>).
Cause: Message in queue has expired. The sending server tried to relay or deliver the message but the action could not be completed before the message expired.
Solution: This message usually indicates a problem on the receiving server. Check the validity of recipients address and verify that the receiving server is configured to receive messages correctly. Resending the message will place it again in the queue, if the receiving server is up, message delivery will succeed.
