Да, 192.168.0.10 это адрес роутера с его днсом, на случай если отвалится днс на серверах.

У Вас ip и шлюз в разных сетях - что есть неправильно.

192.168.1.1 главный домен контроллер. На нем AD CS, AD DS, DHCP, DNS и IIS.
192.168.1.2 домен контроллер на случай, если отвалится первый. На нем только AD DS и DNS.
192.168.0.10 это роутер. Просто был случай когда контроллеры выключились, и единственное, что оставалось работать это роутер) Пережиток прошлого, но на всякий случай я б оставил.

Прошу прощения не глянул на маску, решил что у Вас /24.

Этот адрес из DNS серверов убираете, на проблемном КД с правами администратора выполните ipconfig /registerdns затем net stop netlogon & net start netlogon и через некоторое время выполните dcdiag и вывод покажите. |
А пинги от сервака до роутера ходят нормально?
