quarantine.zip из папки AVZ отправьте через форму http://support.kaspersky.ru/virlab/helpdesk.html. В строке "Подробное описание возникшей ситуации:", напишите пароль на архив " virus"(без кавычек), в строке "Электронный адрес:" укажите свой электронный адрес. Полученный ответ сообщите здесь.
